Created at Light Work and Energy Balance, the Lung Guard blend is designed to be the "Second Line of Defense." While other teas focus on clearing the nose, this blend focuses on the deep tissue of the lungs and the strength of the immune system. It is a soft, soothing, and deeply mineralizing tonic.
Why it works:
- The "Liquid Bandage": Marshmallow Root creates a soothing coating for raw, irritated lungs and throats.
- Immune Fortification: Elderberry and Oregano act as nature’s shield, helping to finish off lingering "bugs" and preventing them from coming back.
- Calm the Chest: Motherwort and Lemon Balm work together to relax the chest muscles and soothe the "anxiety" that comes with breathing struggles.
- The Rebuilder: Alfalfa provides the deep minerals and chlorophyll needed to nourish your body after the stress of being sick.
The Result: A grounded, protected feeling that helps you cross the finish line to full health.
