    • Recipe: Simple Yarrow Tea
    • Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried yarrow flowers or leaves in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Strain, and sweeten with honey or lemon if desired.
    • Herbal Salt: Grind dried yarrow with salt to create a flavorful finishing salt for dishes, which may also aid digestion and reduce bloating.
    • Recipe: Yarrow Flower Salt
