HOW TO USE
Ways to Use Slippery Elm:
- Tea: 1–2 tablespoons of dried slippery elm bark in 2 cups of boiling water and steep for a few minutes. You can drink 3–4 cups per day.
- Capsules or Tablets: A typical dosage is 800–1,000 mg taken 3–4 times daily.
- Tincture: The recommended dosage is 5 ml taken 3 times a day.

- Poultice (for external use):
