We start with a 5-week Intensive in May to build your foundation, followed by 5 monthly Integration Circles to ensure you are supported as you apply these shifts to your real life.

    Phase 1: The May Intensive (Weekly)

    Every Tuesday in May | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | At the Shop


    • Week 1: The Persona – We’ll peel back the layers of the "masks" you wear for the world and meet the "inner critic" running the show.
    • Week 2: The Human Design – Using your unique birth data, we’ll look at where you are prone to taking on others' energy and how to return to your true self.
    • Week 3: The Astrology of Shadow – We’ll dive into your Moon, Saturn, and Lilith placements to uncover your deepest emotional needs and hidden fears.
    • Week 4: The Inner Narrative – A deep dive into your thought patterns. We’ll learn how to "re-parent" the parts of us that feel stuck in the past.
    • Week 5: The Integration Ritual – We’ll seal the intensive with a practice focused on bringing the "Golden Shadow" (your hidden talents) into the light.

    Phase 2: The Monthly Integration (Monthly)

    One Tuesday a Month (June – October) | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

    Transformation doesn't happen overnight. For five months following the intensive, our group will meet once a month to process life’s challenges, celebrate wins, and stay grounded in the work. These circles are your "refuel station" to ensure your growth sticks.
